We specialize in blue-lining for wild trout.
In other words, our style of fly fishing is a departure from standard fly fishing. Our main focus is smaller creeks with wild trout. You don’t have to wake up at the crack of dawn to be the first one on the creek because where we go, there aren’t other fly fishers on the water! The wild & native fish we typically seek are tucked up in the pristine mountains. These environments are beautiful and relaxing.
We welcome both beginners and seasoned anglers alike!
Whether you just need some help finding some good creeks in Western North Carolina & Colorado or you’re starting from scratch, we can help you with your fly fishing needs. We’ve explored hundreds of creeks near Asheville and all throughout the Rockies as well. We have the patience to help you learn everything about catching trout in wild creeks. And for those who prefer to catch larger fish or less hiking, we’ll gladly take you to the stocked rivers and larger creeks for a fun day on big water!

Imagine chasing wild trout in the wilderness of the Rocky Mountains! And at the end of the day you get to sit around a campfire with a small group of fly fishers and reminense about the day on the water.
If you’ve never fly fished in the great state of Colorado but have been wanting to give it a try, this trip is for you! We’ll camp each night of the trip and hit a several different streams. With a little bit of luck we should catch at least three species of trout and make some life-long memories together! Come see what Colorado is all about!

A full-day trip where we catch wild trout (mostly brookies) from the base of waterfalls! We’ll hit up to four different waterfalls in one day. Our most scenic and wild offering!
Half-Day Trip
For those with a busy schedule or who just want to get your toes wet, this trip is for you. We’ll bring you to a local creek that fishes well and won’t be crowded.
Full-Day Trip
You want the least pressured creek w/ the most trout? This is the wild trout fishing trip for you! A full day allows us to get to the more remote locations and spend more time on the water.
